Only what you type into the form

The contact form collects your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the subject you select, and your message. Our server also records the IP address and browser identifier the message arrived from, which is how automated submissions are filtered out.

There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no other form on this site.

Read it and reply to it

Your message is delivered by email to a principal of the firm and is used to answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the firm for marketing. Confidential deal information you send is treated as confidential.

Messages are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider, and are held in the firm's mailbox afterward. If you would like your message and our copy of it deleted, send that request through the form and we will do it.

Fonts, hosting and analytics

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the IP address of anyone who loads a page here. The site is hosted on Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs. Google Analytics is used to count visits in aggregate and to see which pages are read; it sets its own cookies and reports no personal detail back to us.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or social media trackers.
